WELCOME TO MOTHER PAULA VTC
Mother Paula Vocational Training Centre is an Institution in Morogoro Rural District. Morogoro Region in Tanzania with the registration number REG/NACTVET/0515 and is situated 45 kilometres from Morogoro Town.
It is owned by the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood, a Private sector. Our Institution was formed in the year 2017 so as to support and offer skills to young people in the region who have been challenged by life.
It focuses on bringing about a qualitative change in the lives of young people by empowering and giving a different meaning of their lives.

- Enabling young people to become self-reliant so as to earn their living.

- Provide Competent Trainees who are qualified in the Labour Market demand.
- Modify our Learning and Training Materials so as to obtain efficiency in acquiring better Standards of Training, Productivity and Entrepreneurial Skills.
OBJECTIVES.
- Aim at providing good Standards to their Trainees in Learning and Training process.
- Aim at enabling their trainees with entrepreneurial skills which will help them to obtain the lifestyle of self-employment.
- Empower young people economically from rural areas.
- To nurture, mentor and assist young people to become human resource assets in the community and restore dignity amongst the challenged young people.
- To equip trainees with Vocational and work Skills as preparation for sheltered, open or self-employment.
- To conduct training research and documentation for building human resources, supporting innovative actions and generating resources material and data for supporting quality services.

Mother Paula VTC is creating a unique and innovative environment that will be attractive to trainees seeking hands-on integrated learning opportunities.
- Admissions criteria to Mother Paula VTC include Trainees from different backgrounds for example standard seven, form four (IV), or above provided that the aspirant is literate.
- The teachers and academic advisors will intervene to ensure that students get appropriate assistance to address deficiencies in their academic progress.
- The strains of keeping up with a challenging curriculum being away from home and the everyday pressures of life may require dedicated support and guidance. Mother Paula VTC will have enough counselors to ensure any trainee needing support will receive it quickly and professionally.
- Mother Paula VTC’s Division of Students Affairs will advocate a holistic approach to education and enhance the overall Centre experience for students. The department will encourage support and provide guidance for students’ extracurricular activities while providing the best resources for a fulfilling and rewarding academic experience.
- In Mother Paula VTC we shall adopt VETA Curriculum and Training approach.
